PURPOSE: The purpose of 340 Parent Revolution is to enrich the parent/child relationship and strengthen the bond between fathers and their kids.

PLAN: The plan is simple. Parents commit to spend 340 minutes every 2 weeks actively engaged with their children in activities other than television, video games or other forms of electronic entertainment. During the week, parents spend a minimum of 10 minutes per day with their kids and on weekends, they spend a minimum of an hour Saturday and an hour Sunday. While participating, parents journal the impact their experiences have had on their relationships with their children.
